The Raincloud Organization is a Behavioral Health Local Collaborative for off-reservation Indian people here in Albuquerque. The organization has been in existence for about a year and a half. Their mission is to engage educate and empower the off-reservation Indian community in Albuquerque and to strengthen and improve the well being of Native Americans.
